Membran Dryer Eco Control
A standard membrane dryer dries compressed air to a pressure dew point up to -40°C. This type uses compressed air to dry the moist incoming air stream and can be retrofitted into any system.
However, with this new, unique and energy efficient membrane dryer it's now possible to reduce the pressure dew point by a fixed amount, or supress the pressure dewpoint by a specifically required amount.
The dryer can function all year round, no matter what the inlet conditions. In doing so, the membrane dryer uses only 5 liters of purge air during stationary time, making it possible for energy savings of up to 75%, and a very reliable method of compressed air drying, that is as yet, unparallelled in the compressed air industry.
With a patent pending, this piece of technology, originally designed in the Netherlands and further developed in Germany, is a unique and exceptional instrument that can be utilised in many fields including agriculture, metal works, laser and plasma cutting, surface technology, pharmaceutical and laboratories.
